Terms And Condition by placing an order for repair, you certify that you are the authorized to authorize said repair and you understand and agree to the following:
Repairs may be performed by an employee, subcontractor, or consultant of XiRepair, LLC. (collectively “XiRepair”). You authorize XiRepair to examine, modify and attempt to repair any and all problems found with the electronic device. XiRepair at its sole option, use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts or components when repairing Your device.
You accept ALL Risk associated with the repair. This includes but is not limited to the failure or functionality of any and all hardware or software associated with your electronic device, cell phone, tablet, computer, or data storage device, including any failure that occurs while attempting repair.
You are aware of the importance of backing up your data and software. XiRepair is not responsible for any data loss. You agree NOT to hold XiRepair responsible for the loss or corruption or consequences of the failure to recover any data or software residing on your computer system or data storage device.
You agree to pick up or otherwise make arrangements TO pick up your device within fourteen (14) days of completion. You understand and agree if your device is not picked up within fourteen (14) days of completion, XiRepair may, at its discretion, donate your device for recycling, to sell or otherwise recover our parts.
Terms And Condition at XiRepair shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance. If the minimum system requirements are not met or the technical needs (including wiring or overcoming physical or technical barriers) or other requires repairs that are extensive and outside of the scope of the ordered services, XiRepair reserves the right to refrain from providing the repair ordered and instead refund your payment, wholly or in part, as determined by XiRepair.

Terms And Condition Repaired/devices are warranted for six (6) months. If Your device should malfunction, it must be returned to the XiRepair for evaluation, and all costs of shipping shall be borne solely by the purchaser. XiRepair customer service department will diagnose the repair upon receipt. Upon examination by XiRepair, if Your device is found to be defective due to the part purchased from XiRepair, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any action by you, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair by someone other than XiRepair, or unauthorized modification. This warranty is VOID if Your device shows evidence of having been tampered with (broken seal) or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion; or current, heat, moisture or vibration; improper specification; misapplication; misuse; abuse or other operating conditions outside of XiRepair’s control. Software warranty applies to factory restores, backups, jailbreaks, unlocks, and applies to computers, laptops, cellular phones, etc. The warranty is VOID if unauthorized software modifications are performed not limited to restore, updating software on the device, downloading unauthorized or unapproved software, viruses, malware, spyware, or attempts to modify the Device. XiRepair reserves the right to VOID its warranty if any improper software installations or modifications or upgrade have been made after You have left the store location. This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by XiRepair, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites.
Terms And Condition, You agree to identify, defend, and hold harmless XiRepair LLC (and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents) from and against any and all losses, costs, obligations, liabilities, damages, actions, suits, causes of action, claims, demands, liens, encumbrances, security interests, settlements, judgments, and other expenses, (including but not limited to cost of defense, settlement, and reasonable attorneys’ fees) of whatever type or nature, including, but not limited to, damage or destruction to property.
All repair work, attempts, and parts are non-refundable.
