Mail In Repair FAQ

The cost of the repair is located near the end of the intake repair form. Please fill out the form and you will see that the repair costs.

Most repair are complete within 1-2 business days, but will depend on how many repairs we currently have in house. If you are wanting to ship the line you can request expedited service and pay an additional fee to get your repair completed quicker.

In most cases, we keep changing cables and everything that is necessary to fix and test any device on our website. If you’ve received application for a obscure device not listed on our site please give us a call before mailing off your device.

Shipping to us is ONLY free if you are shipping from the lower 48 states. If you are shipping from Hawaii or Alaska you can still obtain a label on our website, but you will be responsible for paying an increased shipping fee.

Whatever the shipping and handling charges are will be passed to you. We have lots of customers that ship from Hawaii and Alaska and their shipping fees range from $100 – $250, but can vary.

California customer will have increased shipping fee due to increased cost for California shipments it can range from $55-$65.
